  • Canada and USA are eligible for free shipping after spending $125 CAD before taxes, before discounts.

Parcels within Canada are all trackable.

Mouton Royal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages return to us due to an incorrect address.

Orders to the US may take longer than the estimated delivery window due to parcels being processed through customs.

We highly recommend choosing an option that includes tracking and insurance to allow for tracking the parcel and for your order to arrive quicker. If you choose shipping without tracking it can take up to 4 weeks to arrive and we have no way of knowing where the package is.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that Mouton Royal is not responsible for such situations and refunds will NOT be applied. Any packages that are refused or not acknowledged by the customer will not be refunded by when we wear young.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanged must be authorized by emailing Mouton Royal at moutonroyalari@gmail.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

All costs for returns or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock when we receive the item for exchange. In this case, we will process a refund. 

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags intact. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Mouton Royal
**Sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
